A program manager managing documentation teams across multiple locations. With around 15 years of experience in Technical Writing, my main aim is to see how I can make the documentation effective to the user and user friendly. With Industry V5.0, the documentation also needs to evolve. So, me and my team are focused on implementing various innovative techniques in the documentation that reduces customer’s effort, time and difficulty in finding the information.
I started my career as a technical writer and then progressed to the role of the Program Manager. I have been part of the teams that used to document linearly and then progressed into modular documentation.
In the age where the social media and platforms such as youtube and search engine like Chat GPT are available, the user always has various resources to find the required information. However, my aim is to ensure how we can counter these tools and make our documentation unique, efficient, interactive, innovative and customer friendly.
