Mette grew up in both England and Germany and therefore has always been interested in languages and cultures. During her Bachelor studies in Translation Studies for IT she started working for a company specialising in speech automation where her interest in chatbots grew. For her Master’s degree in International and Technical Communication she developed a chatbot for documentation content. She now works at parson as a Technical Communicator.
