Content

In a dynamic agile development environment, technical writers often do not have enough time to plan and architect their content, to interview stakeholders and understand business requirements, to build efficient metrics and processes for content governance. This impacts the quality, customer value of the content, and visibility of the writers efforts. This presentation introduces a real-life process and techniques to formally embed the content strategy development into the product development lifecycle, bring together all content developers, and commit them to the same business goals.

Takeaways

You will learn how to collaboratively plan the content strategy starting from the early product concept to the product release, what tools and templates you may use, and what outputs help you effectively report on your commitments.
