At Roche Diagnostics, we have developed a first CaaS implementation connecting our Content Delivery Platform to the app our customers use to log issues. This way, we can deliver dynamically the specific troubleshooting content for the issue they are logging, directly on the app where they are. Additionally, we have improved our processes to produce and update content in a more efficient and faster way, while remaining compliant.

Biography

Nuria Villagrasa Valdivieso is a Technical Communication professional focusing on Content Strategy. Since 2012, she has worked at Roche Diagnostics as a Technical Writer, Documentation Manager, and Team Leader. She holds a BA (Hons) in Translation Studies from the University Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona and a Master's Degree in Technical Communication and Localization from the University of Strasbourg.
